Both ends

Most people need one or the other

Some of it is a single room — a pair of curtains measured properly, a blind that finally fits the window it was cut for, a sofa recovered rather than replaced. That work starts under a lakh and it is most of what we do.

The rest is a whole property handed over finished: joinery, flooring, wallpaper, furniture and every soft furnishing in it. Eighty-odd of those since we started, including hotels, resorts and yoga centres.
