Hexie Homes LLP, trading as Hexie Homes, supplies home furnishings and carries out interior work in Hyderabad. Our showroom is at House No 536, First Floor, Road No. 12, NBT Nagar, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. In the language of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the details described below.

If you complete the enquiry flow on this site, we collect your name and phone number, your email address if you choose to give one, anything you type into the notes field, and the answers you selected — the kind of space, its stage, your budget range, your timeline and so on.

Until you submit that final form, your answers stay in your own browser and never reach us. Leaving part-way through leaves no record with us at all.

If you use the callback form on the contact page instead, we collect your name and phone number, anything you write in the message box, and which of our two divisions you picked, so that the right person rings you. There are no questions to answer on that one, and nothing is kept in your browser first — pressing the button sends it.

Alongside those details we record which pages of this site you were on when you got in touch — the page you arrived on, and the page you were reading when you started. It is how we tell which parts of the site are worth keeping. It is only ever a page address on this site, never anything you typed and never anywhere you went afterwards.

We also collect anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics — pages viewed, roughly where visitors came from, how quickly pages loaded for you, and which buttons get used: how often someone taps to call or message, and how far through the questions people get before stopping. That last one tells us which question to rewrite. None of it records who you are, what you typed, or which of these you personally did, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out work you ask us to do. That is the whole of it. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.

We will not send you promotional messages you did not ask for. If we ever want to, we will ask first.

You give consent by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it: one message, no reason required. Once withdrawn, we stop processing your details and delete them unless we are required by law to keep them.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Where we do work together, we keep project records for as long as tax and contract law requires, currently eight years from the end of the financial year.

Only the people at Hexie Homes who need to in order to answer you. Beyond that, your details sit with the service providers that run this site — our hosting and database providers, and the service that emails us your enquiry. They process data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and how we use it
• correct anything inaccurate, or complete anything missing
• erase your details, where we have no legal reason to keep them
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to

Write to us and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Your details are held in an access-controlled database, encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep the number of people who can see them small. No system is perfect, but if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the Data Protection Board.

This site is meant for adults commissioning interior work. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use details you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
