This website is run by Hexie Homes LLP (GSTIN 36AAOFH9581R1Z5), trading as Hexie Homes. Using the site means accepting what follows. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

They govern the website. They are not the terms of any work we do for you.

Measurements, prices, payment stages, lead times, what happens if something is delayed, and what we’ll put right afterwards are all set out in the written quotation we give you. That document governs the job, and it takes precedence over anything here. Ask for anything in it you don’t understand before you approve it.

Sending us an enquiry doesn’t commit you to anything, and it doesn’t commit us either. It starts a conversation.

Nothing is ordered, made or charged until you approve a written quotation. Any figure mentioned in conversation, on WhatsApp or on this site before that point is an indication, not a price.

Quotations are open for the period stated on them. After that, we may need to requote — fabric and material prices move.

We describe what we make as accurately as we can, but this is a site about physical things. Colour varies between screens; fabric weight and texture do not survive a photograph at all. Nothing here is a precise representation of a material, which is why we’d always rather you saw it in the showroom or in your own light before you commit.

Availability changes. Anything shown here may be out of stock, discontinued, or subject to a lead time we’ll tell you about when you ask.

The text, photographs, drawings and design of this site belong to us, or are used with permission. Please don’t reproduce them commercially without asking. Ask, and the answer is usually yes.

Where a project photograph shows a client’s home, it is published with their agreement. If you are a client and would rather a photograph came down, tell us and it will.

We link to Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram. Those services have their own terms and their own handling of your data, and we aren’t responsible for either.

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we don’t guarantee either. If something here is wrong or out of date, telling us is a kindness — the details are on the contact page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
