Why latex, in this city
Latex is rubber tree sap. It is open-cell, so air moves through it — which matters more in Hyderabad than it does in Delhi. MM Foam’s Pincore models are moulded with 8,840 pin cores of 6mm running through them, and their own phrase for it is “cool in summer, warm in winter.”
It also lasts. Pincore and Hardcore carry a seventeen-year warranty. The category standard is ten. That is not marketing copy — it is what is printed on the warranty card.

Single is 72 × 36 inches, Queen 78 × 60, King 78 × 72 — the size each price is for. Every figure is a from price — the thinnest build of that model at that size. Most come in several thicknesses and a thicker one costs more, so tell us the size and how firm you like it and we will quote the exact one. Other sizes are made to order and priced by the square foot.
Which firmness?
The number runs 1 for soft to 10 for firm, and it is MM Foam’s own. It makes the range unusually easy to compare — but it is still no substitute for lying on one.

Most of Hyderabad’s older flats and built-in platforms are not 78 × 60. MM Foam will cut to size and we quote it by the square foot from their published rates — no guesswork, no “we’ll let you know.”
Lengths 72" to 96", widths 30" to 84", thicknesses 4" to 12".
The warranty is the same on a made-to-measure mattress as on a standard one. A seventeen-year Pincore is seventeen years at 74 × 66 exactly as it is at 78 × 60.

What it costs to get it here
Delivery across Hyderabad in 7–10 days. That is a cushion, not a forecast — most orders move faster.
Delivery and lifting charges are extra, and we will tell you what they are before you commit, not after. Third-floor-no-lift is real work and we would rather price it honestly.
Warranty is the manufacturer’s, and we handle the claim for you — you deal with us, not a call centre.

Common questions
Is latex better than memory foam in Hyderabad?
For heat, usually yes. Latex is open-cell and air moves through it; most memory foam is denser and holds warmth. MM Foam’s pin-core construction is specifically designed for airflow.
How long does an MM Foam mattress last?
The warranty is the honest guide: ten years on most models, seventeen on Pincore and Hardcore, five on MaxiPlush. Pro-rata, against manufacturing defects.
Can I get a custom size, and does the warranty still hold?
Yes to both, and custom sizes are routine. Priced by the square foot from MM Foam’s published rates, and the warranty term is the same as on a standard size — seventeen years on a Pincore is seventeen years whatever the measurement.
Which MM Foam mattress is best for back pain?
Usually Ortholex — built for spinal alignment and rated 9 out of 10 for firmness. But too soft and too firm both cause back pain, so come and try it.
